I, the undersigned, on behalf of the students of class IX and X of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to a very important issue about the school library. The issue is really of great significance because it lacks modern facilities to offer for the students like us.
I, the undersigned, on behalf of the students of class IX and X of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to a very important issue about the school library. The issue is really of great significance because it lacks modern facilities to offer for the students like us.
You are well-informed that about 2000 students are active members of our school library. Most of the students do not get enough time to study there. So, we will firstly request you to make some PDF version of the very important books so that all students can access the website of our school and read online. The modern facility will give the students an added advantage. Again, you know that most of students have no personal computers at home. If you kindly arrange 10 PC's for the library then some hundreds of students will be able to access world wide web and get updated information of the academic world. Another facility we need and that is the duration of keeping the borrowed books to be increased up to 20 days from 10 days because it is quite tough to finish a book within 10 days. We talked to our fellow classmates about the library caution fees. All students are willing to pay tk. 100 more if necessary for the extra facilities they are asking for.
We would request you to take necessary steps to increase the above mentioned library facilities as early as possible.
