Subject: An application for opening a computer club.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to a very important issue and that is we are very much interested in computer. There is no computer club in our school to keep peace with the other countries of world. Ever we are lagging behind thousands good students of the best school and cadet colleges of our country. So, we need to set up a computer club in our school. Now the internet connection fees are very low. If just 10 computers are arranged and broadband internet connection is ensured, many of our students especially those who are very poor, would get an opportunity to be efficient in using computer. Our English teacher and computer teacher have kindly agreed to render honorary service to help us in this connection.

It would be a great initiative for an educationist like you to open a computer club in the school. I fervently hope you will take necessary steps in this connection as it seems to be convenient to you.
